多元化护理在2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为中的应用

Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical application of the diversified nursing in type 2 diabetes patients’ self health management. Methods: Two hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine hospital diabetes care, and the experimental group received diverse forms of nursing. The self-management behavior scale, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in 2 groups were compared. Results: After intervention, the score of self-management behavior in the experimental group was significantly higher than those before intervention, and also significantly higher than those of the control group. Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly decreased after intervention, and significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Diversified nursing care can improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and can maintain good blood glucose level.
