Abstract Objective: To evaluate the XE-2100 hematology review criteria suggested by internal consensus group with Sysmex Hematology sampler transport HST-N302. And to perfect review criteria of our clinical laboratory. Methods: The total 25 097 patients’ blood samples were respectively detected and stained seminal smear randomly with the methods of Automated Hematology Analysis on Sysmex HST-N302 base on hematology review criteria suggested by internal consensus group (review criteria 1 in short), hematology review criteria suggested by internal consensus group and LIS history record and scatter diagram (review criteria 2 in short), at the same time, differential leukocyte on the smear included positive and negative sample were counted with the microscope by two docimaster. Calculated true positive (TP), false positive (FP), true negative (TN), false negative (FN) and the ratio of review quantity, then studied out optimal program. Results: According to review criteria 1: TN, FN, TP, FP and review rate respectively were 70.10%, 1.33%, 4.15%, 24.42%, 28.57%. According to review criteria 2: The TN, FN, TP, FP and review rate respectively were 89.89%, 1.22%, 2.32%, 6.58%, 8.90%. Conclusion: It can enhance work efficiency and reduce unnecessary labor work to utilize new review criteria.
