Abstract Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics and prognosis of the patients diagnosed as acute lower limb ischemia (ALLI). Methods: Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 57 patients who were assigned according to gender, clinical classifications, prognosis, etc,. to see whether there were significant differences. Results: The total curative ratio of surgery treatment was superior to that of conservative treatment (P<0.01). The male patients usually have worse onset condition than female patients and have worse prognosis. Conclusion: The curative ratio of surgical treatment group of the ALLI patients is higher than that of conservative therapy group. If the patients’ conditions are allowed, surgery will be the better choice. The male patients usually have worse onset condition than female patients and have worse prognosis.
