Nine patients were diagnosed by CT of the neck and (or) B ultrasound, another by electronic laryngoscopy. Ten patients were treated by surgery, including 9 cases of foreign body removal and the prognosis is good, 1 case of failure of the first operation did not remove the foreign body, the second relapse after successful surgery; all patients were followed up for at least 6 months, no recurrence. Conclusion: Otorhinolaryngologic complications caused by fish bone are relatively rare, preoperative imaging and ultrasound can help to confirm the diagnosis, active surgical treatment can be able to effectively solution resolve complications, so that patients get good prognosis.
