Abstract Objective: Through the research emergency disposal of our country public health emergency of SARS and H7N9 avian flu, public health emergency disposal in our county is evaluated. Methods: The core elements of emergency SARS and H7N9 avian flu were compared and analyzed. Results: From SARS to H7N9 the core elements of the emergency response command, information transfer and treatment of cooperation in public health emergencies of emergency disposal had made progress, but there were some questions, such as the lack of unified coordination agency and executive force, delay of information transmission. Conclusion: Under the condition of rapid economic development, increasingly serious environmental problems, the mode that temporary emergency command center is given priority and cooperate with other departments is facing serious challenges, so we need to face problems, raise awareness, so that we can establish a perfect public health emergency disposal.
