Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical features of Wenzhou area children hospitalized for influenza A virus associated pneumonia. Methods: Retrospective analysis 108 cases virus antigen detection in our hospital by directed immunofluorescence confirmed influenza A virus related clinical data of children with pneumonia. Results: Under 3 years old to see more, accounted for 70.3%. The 2010 influenza A virus associated pneumonia infection peak for the autumn, 2011 for the winter, spring was in 2012. Twenty four cases of children in the coexistence of basic diseases, the most common congenital heart disease. Clinical with fever and respiratory symptoms as the main performance, combined with other pathogenic infections in 26 cases, the merger mycoplasma pneumoniae and streptococcus pneumoniae infection. After the treatment, 96 cases were cured, 11 cases improved and discharged, 1 cases of death, the average hospital stay was 8.5 days. Conclusion: Influenza A virus associated pneumonia in children under 3 years old for high-risk groups, infection of peak time and season is not fixed, with fever and respiratory symptoms as the main performance, easily combined with other pathogenic infections, with basis diseases complicated with severe complications.
