多元化护理在2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为中的应用

摘要目的：探讨多元化护理在改善2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为以及控制血糖中的临床应用。方法：选取2016年1月1日至6月30日在温州医科大学附属眼视光医院特需病区住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者200例，随机分为对照组与试验组，对照组给予2型糖尿病常规护理，试验组给予2型糖尿病多元化护理，干预期为6个月。比较2组患者2型糖尿病自我管理行为评分及患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果：干预后试验组自我管理行为评分明显高于干预前试验组和干预后对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白在干预后与对照组比均显著下降（P＜0.05）。结论：多元化护理能够使2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为能力得到提高，从而保持良好的血糖控制水平。

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the clinical application of the diversified nursing in type 2 diabetes patients’ self health management. Methods: Two hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine hospital diabetes care, and the experimental group received diverse forms of nursing. The self-management behavior scale, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in 2 groups were compared. Results: After intervention, the score of self-management behavior in the experimental group was significantly higher than those before intervention, and also significantly higher than those of the control group. Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly decreased after intervention, and significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Diversified nursing care can improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and can maintain good blood glucose level.
