Abstract:Objective: To explore the diagnostic values of hypotonic water enema spiral CT enhanced scanning on clinical staging of colon cancer. Methods: From September 2011 to February 2016, 78 colonoscopy and biopsy confirmed colon cancer patients in our hospital were selected, the result of the hypotonic water enema spiral CT enhanced scanning, characteristics and TNM stage were analyzed. Results: Hypotonic water enema spiral CT scan were completed in all patients, the lesion was filling good, the plain CT value was (35.42±11.63) HU, the arterial phase enhanced scan value was (76.33±12.72) HU, and the portal phase, the equilibrium phase enhanced scan value were (79.43±9.54) HU and (80.14±8.11) HU. All the patients were detected by the hypotonic water enema spiral CT enhanced scan; After determination, the accuracy of CT for colon cancer T staging was 84.6%, the accuracy of N staging was 82.1%, the accuracy of M staging was 97.4%. Conclusion: The application of hypotonic water enema spiral CT enhanced scanning in colon cancer has good feasibility and effectiveness, and it can improve the accuracy of preoperative TNM staging, and it has good application values.
