乳腺黏液癌伴广泛砂粒体样钙化1例并文献复习

摘要目的：探讨乳腺黏液癌伴广泛砂粒体样钙化病例的临床病理特点、诊断及意义。方法：分析1例乳腺黏液癌伴有广泛砂粒体样钙化的病理标本的形态和免疫组织化学结果并复习相关文献。结果：大量黏液湖里漂浮着肿瘤细胞，肿瘤细胞排列成巢状、乳头状，细胞分化良好，较多砂粒体样钙化存在于肿瘤组织及黏液区域内，免疫组织化学染色结果显示：ER（95%+），PR（90%+），Ki-67（5%+），CerbB-2（1+）。结论：乳腺黏液癌伴有广泛砂粒体样钙化非常罕见，其预后可能与肿瘤组织结构和细胞形态有关，砂粒体的出现不影响肿瘤的预后，但影像学上存在砂粒体钙化的乳腺病变，提示黏液癌伴砂粒体这种特殊类型肿瘤的可能。
