WU Xuming,XU Yaping.. Extraction process of oxymatrine from sophora alopecuroides L. using ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction[J]. JOURNAL OF WEZHOU MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, 2016, 46(10): 747-751.
Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction of oxymatrine from sophora alopecuroides L. Methods: The extraction process of oxymatrine was investigated with ethanol concentration, solid-solvent ratio, microwave power and irradiation time. Results: Optimized process was obtained by using orthogonal rotation design method with higher extraction efficiency than that using conventional and individual extraction technologies. The results showed that the optimum condition was as following: ethanol concentration 70%, extraction time 40 min, microwave power 500 W, and the solid-solvent ratio 1:15 (g/mL). Conclusion: The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction technology has advantages of reliability, extracting efficient, and is suitable for industrial application.
