摘要目的：研究手足口病并发脑炎后幼儿脑功能受损情况。方法：选取35例病愈出院3个月的手足口病并发脑炎患儿为病例组，同期来我院进行健康体检（包含智力及感统测定项目）的3～6岁儿童为对照组。采用北京大学精神卫生研究所提供的儿童感觉统合评定量表（幼儿版）进行感觉统合评定。采用首都儿科研究所编制的《0-6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》进行发育商评定。比较2组评定结果。结果：病例组感觉统合失调率明显高于对照组（57.1% vs 32.4%，P＜0.05）；病例组的总发育商明显低于对照组（91.5±10.0 vs 96.7±6.8，P＜0.05）。结论：手足口病并发脑炎存在更高的感觉统合失调发生率，亦存在一定的智能发育损害，需引起医师和家长的重视。
Abstract：Objective: To study the impairment of brain function in post-hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis. Methods: Thirty-five post-hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis and 71 healthy controls were compared on various sensory integration ability and intelligence. Results: The prevalence of sensory integrative dysfunction in encephalitis group was higher than that in the control group (57.1% vs 32.4%, P<0.05). Significant differences were found between groups on measures of the total development quotient (91.5±10.0 vs 96.7±6.8, P<0.05). Conclusion: Impairment of sensory integration ability and intelligence is found in post- hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis infants. It is important to cause the attention of doctors and parents about this dysfunction.
