Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes and risk factors of pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound parameters in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence 6-8 weeks after delivery. Methods: A total of 96 cases of postpartum patients from Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2021 to January 2024 were selected and assigned into two groups: observation group (52 cases) with stress urinary incontinence and control group (44 cases) without stress urinary incontinence. Threedimensional ultrasound indexes of pelvic floor were compared between two groups. Meaningful indicators were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results: The findings showed that the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05) in the bladder neck funnel formation rate, bladder neck descent (BND), levatorani hiatus area (LHA) under the state of being at rest, LHA under valsalva state, LHA variation (△LHA), levator hiatus length (LH-L) under two states and LH-L variation (△LH-L). Logistic regression analysis showed that the bladder neck funnel formation rate (OR=10.714, 95%CI=2.269-50.603, P=0.003) and △LH-L (OR=1.013,95%CI=0.897-1.145, P=0.031) were influencing factors of SUI. Conclusion: In patients of singleton primipara with SUI, the formation of bladder neck funnel, increased △LH-L are risk factors for postpartum SUI.
