Abstract：Curriculum-based character education focuses on cultivating the core values college and university students, which is the key to the success of educational reform and innovation in the new era. The great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic has its unique value implication for the construction goal, content design and resource expansion of curriculum-based character education in medical institutions. In view of current difficulties in the curriculum-based character education in medical universities, this paper explores the threedimensional route to integrate spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic into curricular goal, teaching content and resources, so as to improve the practical effectiveness of curriculum-based character education.
