Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of circRNA CDR1as in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods: A total of 97 breast cancer patients who underwent surgical resection from June 2018 to September 2019 were collected from the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. The expression of circRNA CDR1as in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results:The expression of circRNA CDR1as was increased in breast cancer tissues compared with normal breast tissues (P<0.05). The expression of circRNA CDR1as was increased in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast compared to ductal carcinoma in situ (P<0.05). The expression of circRNA CDR1as in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast showed significant difference in size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of circRNA CDR1as in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is related to the size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
