Abstract：The large instrument sharing platform construction is an important part of country’s innovationdriven strategy and an important mission of higher education in the new era. As the main body of higher education, local universities should actively respond to the call of the country. The author analyzed the current situation and problems of the large instrument sharing platform construction in local universities by taking Wenzhou Medical University as an example and summarized the three innovative measures, i.e. laboratory safety “integrated” management, “sharing platform 3 plus” scaffold and platform technician team construction, with an aim to benefit the local university construction of large instrument sharing platform.
