Abstract：Objective: To probe the effect of home rehabilitation nursing replacement intervention on quality of life and function of patients after total hip surgery. Methods: One hundred patients with total hip replacement were individed two groups, one group received home rehabilitation nursing intervention, the other group did not, The SF-36 and Harris scores of patients were evaluated when the patients after discharge one and three months. Results: The observation group had high score,were obviously higher than those of the control group patients after discharge one and three months. Conclusion: The home rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve quality of life and function of patients after total hip replacement surgery.
