Abstract：During the outbreak of COVID-19, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University has constructed the nursing emergency organization system and set up the quality management group. By adopting multi-channel solutions and omni-trainings, the hospital tried to scientifically supervise the system to build three-dimensional safety network. What’s more, people-oriented management measures motivate nurses to get highly involved and establish the awareness of crisis to protect themselves, effectively enhance their capacity of treat and cure.
