Abstract：Objective: To investigate the value of meticulous capsular dissection technique in thyroidectomy on thyroid tumor. Methods: Ninety-nine cases undergone meticulous capsular dissection technique were enrolled in the treatment group, 96 case undergo conventional thyroidectomy were enrolled in the conventional group, two groups were compared in patients with complications. Results: The amount of bleeding, postoperative drainage volume 24 h and hoarseness in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the occurrerce rate of parathyroid injury in the treatment group patients was less than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Meticulous membrane dissection operation is a safe and effective implementation of total thyroidectomy operation technology and worthy of promotion.
