Abstract：Objective: To investigate diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma combined with intraperitoneal fluid. Methods: One hundred and thirty-five cases of blunt abdominal trauma combined with intraperitoneal fluid patients in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Surgery was performed in 104 cases, conservative treatment in 31 cases, death in 37 cases, various complications in 58 cases. Conclusion: The key to increase the rate of cure is happened to pay attention to dynamic observation of post-traumatic symptoms and signs to judge the state of illness was correctly through intraperitoneal indwelling catheter dainage and laparoscopic detection and grasp the surgery indication timely.
